As the season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate both of our teams and everything they’ve accomplished this year.
Our JV team has one game left, and they have done an incredible job. Their hard work, growth, and commitment have shown up every week, and they’ve played with heart and determination. We couldn’t be prouder of the way they’ve developed as players and as teammates, and we’re excited to see them finish strong.
Last week, the Falcons hosted North Tahoe for Senior Night, where we honored seven seniors who have meant so much to this program: Genesis Flores, Meagan Friend, Makayla Harding, Elena Lanza, Ansley McHenry, Avery Tingle, and Amena Wilhelm. These athletes have given their time, energy, and leadership to the team, and they’ve set an example for every player coming up behind them. Thank you, seniors, for everything you’ve brought to the court and to our team family.
Both JV and Varsity close out the regular season this Saturday on the road against Yerington. Varsity then heads to Regionals the following weekend.
Thank you to our players, coaches, families, and fans for an amazing season. Go Falcons!
