Student Assessment for Growth and Accountability

Supporting diverse learners in a Lutheran high school involves a collaborative, data-informed, and faith-centered approach to ensure that every student thrives academically, socially, and spiritually.
This support includes meeting regularly with students to monitor their progress while working closely with the Dean of Students and Head of School. The use of data from various assessments allows for the staff and myself to provide students with instruction that meets their instructional needs. The Dean of Students and the Student Assessment Director respond to student and staff concerns and recommendations, ensuring holistic support rooted in Christian care and educational excellence.
